## 2.7 Common Dashboard Questions

### "Why do my numbers look different than yesterday?"

Dashboard data may have a lag of up to 24 hours for some metrics. Also check:

* Date range selection
* Any recent changes to treatments or journeys
* Whether you're comparing the right periods

### "What does the trend arrow mean?"

* **Up arrow**: Metric increased compared to previous period
* **Down arrow**: Metric decreased compared to previous period
* **Flat**: Metric stayed approximately the same

### "Why is a journey showing 0 impressions?"

Possible reasons:

* Journey is paused or draft status
* No active treatments in the journey
* All treatments have restrictive guardrails
* Technical delivery issue (contact support)

### "How often does the dashboard refresh?"

Data is typically updated:

* Real-time: Treatment counts and status
* Near real-time (minutes): Clicks and interactions
* Hourly/Daily: Conversions and aggregate metrics
