## Common First-Time Issues

### "I can't see any data"

**Possible causes:**

* You're looking at a new project with no treatments yet
* Date range filter is set incorrectly
* Data takes time to populate (up to 24 hours for new setups)

**Solution:** Check the date range selector in analytics pages. Try selecting "Last 7 Days" or "Last 30 Days".

### "I can't create a treatment"

**Possible causes:**

* No treatment types are configured
* No surfaces are set up
* You don't have edit permissions

**Solution:** Contact your admin to verify configuration and permissions.

### "The page looks different than screenshots"

**Possible causes:**

* Your company may have customized layouts
* Features may vary based on your subscription
* This guide may be newer/older than your Console version

**Solution:** Focus on the functionality rather than exact visual match.
