# Introduction to Auxia Console

Welcome to Auxia Console - your command center for orchestrating personalized customer experiences at scale.

## What is Auxia?

Auxia is an **agentic marketing platform** that helps you deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. Instead of sending the same message to everyone, Auxia uses AI to personalize each interaction based on:

* Who the customer is (demographics, preferences)
* What they've done (browsing history, purchases)
* What they're likely to do next (predicted behavior)

The result? Higher engagement, better conversions, and happier customers.

Auxia Console is the web interface where you:

### Journey

A **journey** is a coordinated set of treatments working toward a common goal. Journeys can be:

* **Evergreen Journeys**: Always-on, run continuously
* **Burst Journeys**: Time-limited with start/end dates

### Goal

A **goal** is the measurable outcome you're trying to achieve:

* Increase app opens
* Drive purchases
* Boost user engagement
* Reduce churn

## System Requirements

Auxia Console works in modern web browsers:

## Getting Access

To access Auxia Console:

1. Your organization admin must grant you access
2. Navigate to your Auxia Console URL
3. Log in with your credentials
4. You'll land on the Home dashboard
