Enable Auxia to collect notification events

Configure Auxia to track and analyze push notification performance

In a typical event tracking integration with Firebase:

1. The tracked events are linked to Google Analytics
2. Google Analytics data is then exported to BigQuery

This exported BigQuery should be shared with Auxia through service account access.
