Overview: How to ingest your data in Auxia

Last updated 7 months ago

Overview

To start this process, Auxia needs access to the following details:

  • User event data: This includes details like your user's interactions with different features or screens, browsing activity, and clicks on both your website and/or app.

  • User attributes: This includes profile data on each individual user, such as their country, language, or registration date.

  • Transaction data: This includes details like the transaction amount, item name, and price.

Connecting your data sources

Auxia works with all major data platforms and actively supports additional integrations, depending on customer needs. To initiate the connection, please visit the following guides:

How it works

If you plan to ingest data from your data warehouse, Auxia will share a service account / role with your team in a secure manner. Once your team provides read access to this service account / role, Auxia’s automated ingestion jobs will read, process, and aggregate this data for model training. During the integration process, Auxia’s team handles all the mapping to ingest your user data into the system, so no additional transformations are required from your team.

If you’re tracking user events using an analytics solution like Amplitude, or a CDP like Segment, Auxia can read directly from these products as well.

For more detail on this process, including how we use your data, please visit our Data Integration section.
