The Conversion dashboard is a cohorted report that highlights the impact of the Auxia system against the metrics highlighted in the 'Objectives' tab. The Conversion report provides a view of how each new cohort of users are being impacted by the Auxia system. Unlike the Engagement dashboard where you can see how the entire system has performed as a whole, this dashboard gives a cleaner indication of how the models are performing over time. This is because the report only includes a user in the displayed cohort if they had previously not seen a treatment from Auxia previously.
The dashboard is comprised of the following columns:
Cohorts: The date period that you select in the upper right corner of the page. This can be either a day, a week, or a monthly cohort
(Treated) Users: The number of users that received their first treatment from Auxia during that period.
(Treated) Conversions: The number of treated users that converted.
(Treated) Rate: The Conversion rate for treated users. This is the total number of treated conversions divided by the number of treated users
(Control) Users: The number of users that were in the control group and never received a treatment from Auxia during the stated period
(Control) Conversions: The number of control users that converted without the presence of an Auxia treatment.
(Control) Rate: The Conversion rate for control. This is the total number of control conversions divided by the number of control users
Incremental actions: The number of treated conversions minus the number of normalized control conversions during the stated period
Uplift: The percentage uplift of treated group over the global control group during this period.
The filters include:
Conversion window: The amount of time you want to measure where a conversion
Cohort by: The anchor event that is used to create the cohort. This is set by default to the first treatment that a customer receives from Auxia.
Aggregation window: How to aggregate each cohort (e.g. days, weeks, months)
Date range: The specific dates you want to include in the analysis
The Conversion dashboard is driven primarily by the aggregation window, conversion window, and the date range selected. The group (e.g. days, weeks, months) simply groups this information together in the table below the chart. To illustrate this, let's take two examples below.
Aggregation window: Days
Conversion window: 28 Days
Date range: May 27th (1 day)
In this example, for simplicity's sake, we've only set the aggregation window to "Days" with the date range to a single day, May 27th. The Conversion Report will identify all the users that saw a treatment for the first time on May 27th and look forward 28 days to see if they converted during that period (any day from Day 0 to Day 28). If they did convert, they are counted in the dashboard.
Aggregation window: Weeks
Conversion window: 28 Days
Date range: May 27th-June 3rd (1 week)
In this example, the Aggregation window is set to "Weeks" and the date range is set to one week. The Conversion dashboard will identify all the users that saw their first treatment between May 27th and June 3rd. Then, it will look forward from the date that the user's first treatment was recorded and count the conversion if it happened within the next 28 days.
