Agentic Capabilities

Auxia's agentic capabilities bring AI-powered intelligence to every part of the platform — from the algorithms that drive treatment decisions to the conversational tools that help you understand performance. This section describes each agent and capability available in Auxia.

Decision Agent

The Decision Agent is the core of Auxia's decisioning framework. It runs automatically as part of every treatment request, applying proprietary algorithms to evaluate eligible treatments and select the optimal one for each user based on their attributes, behavior, and the goal associated with the journey.

The Decision Agent operates in the background — you configure the ingredients (treatments, guardrails, goals) and it handles selection.

Analyst Agent

The Analyst Agent is a conversational AI interface that lets you ask questions about your data in natural language and receive instant, data-driven answers.

Instead of navigating dashboards or building reports manually, you can ask:

  • "How did our cart abandonment journey perform last week?"
  • "Which treatments have the highest CTR this month?"
  • "Why did conversions drop on Tuesday?"
  • "What are the top opportunities to improve our Welcome Journey?"

The Analyst Agent queries your Auxia data, analyzes the results, and responds with text explanations, charts, and actionable observations.

AI Insights

The AI Insights page records and stores reports generated by the Analyst Agent. Rather than re-running the same queries each session, you can access previously generated analyses, share findings with teammates, and build up a library of insights over time.

Sparks

Sparks proactively surfaces insights without you having to ask. The system monitors your data in the background and pushes notable findings — such as an unusual drop in conversion rate, a treatment that is significantly outperforming others, or an audience segment showing unexpectedly high engagement — directly to you.

Sparks are designed to surface things you might not think to look for, helping you stay ahead of changes in your data.

Custom Dashboards

Custom Dashboards allow the Analyst Agent to build persistent, shareable dashboards tailored to your specific reporting needs. Once created, these dashboards are available across your project for any team member to reference, removing the need to re-run common analyses.

  • Analytics — the underlying data all agentic capabilities operate on
  • Goals — goal performance is a primary topic for the Analyst Agent
  • Journeys — journey performance is the most common analysis subject
