Analytics

Auxia provides two levels of analytics to measure the impact of your personalization: Goal Analytics (business-outcome level) and Journey Analytics (campaign level).

Goal Analytics

Goal Analytics answers: "Are our efforts driving the business outcome we want?"

It measures how many users completed a goal's value event, and — critically — whether your treatments caused that outcome through uplift measurement.

Key Metrics

MetricWhat It Measures
Treatment ConversionsTotal goal completions by users who received a treatment
Control ConversionsTotal goal completions by users in the holdout group
UpliftIncremental impact of your treatments

Uplift

Uplift is the most important metric in Auxia Analytics. It measures the incremental value your treatments create by comparing treated users to a control group that received no treatment.

Uplift = (Treatment Conversions − Normalized Control Conversions) / Normalized Control Conversions × 100%

Example:

  • Treatment Conversions: 500
  • Control Conversions (normalized): 400
  • Uplift = (500 − 400) / 400 = +25%

Positive uplift means your treatments are driving incremental conversions above baseline.

Normalized Control Conversions

Because treatment and control groups are often different sizes, Auxia normalizes control group conversions for fair comparison. The control count is scaled by the ratio of treatment group size to control group size, ensuring an apples-to-apples comparison.

Journey Analytics

Journey Analytics answers: "How are individual journeys and treatments performing?"

Key Metrics

MetricWhat It Measures
ViewsTimes treatments were shown to users
ClicksUser interactions (taps, clicks)
CTRClick-through rate (Clicks ÷ Views)

Treatment Performance Table

Journey Analytics includes a breakdown by treatment, showing views, clicks, and CTR for each treatment in the journey. This enables direct comparison between treatments to identify top performers.
