First-Time Setup Checklist

Before creating your first treatment, ensure your Console environment is properly set up. This checklist covers what should already be configured by your admin and what you need to verify.

Common First-Time Issues

"I can't see any data"

Possible causes:

  • You're looking at a new project with no treatments yet
  • Date range filter is set incorrectly
  • Data takes time to populate (up to 24 hours for new setups)

Solution: Check the date range selector in analytics pages. Try selecting "Last 7 Days" or "Last 30 Days".

"I can't create a treatment"

Possible causes:

  • No treatment types are configured
  • No surfaces are set up
  • You don't have edit permissions

Solution: Contact your admin to verify configuration and permissions.

"The page looks different than screenshots"

Possible causes:

  • Your company may have customized layouts
  • Features may vary based on your subscription
  • This guide may be newer/older than your Console version

Solution: Focus on the functionality rather than exact visual match.
