Common Tasks Cheat Sheet

Creating a Treatment

1. Go to: Treatments & Journeys > Treatment Portfolio
2. Click: + Create Treatment
3. Step 1: Select journey (Evergreen or Burst)
4. Step 2: Fill in name, type, surfaces
5. Step 3: Add content
6. Step 4: Review and create

Creating a Journey

1. Go to: Treatments & Journeys > Journey Portfolio
2. Click: + Create Journey
3. Choose: Evergreen (ongoing) or Burst (time-limited)
4. Fill in: Name, description, goal
5. For Burst: Set start/end dates
6. Click: Create Journey

Checking Performance

Quick Check:
→ Home dashboard (KPIs at a glance)

Detailed Analysis:
→ Analytics > Goal Analytics (goals)
→ Analytics > Journey Analytics

Ask AI:
→ Agent and AI Insights > "How did we perform this week?"

Testing a Treatment

1. Go to: Treatments & Journeys > QA & Testing
2. Add yourself as QA user
3. Configure test attributes
4. Trigger treatment in your app
5. Verify appearance and behavior

Common Troubleshooting

Treatment not showing to users

  • Check treatment status is Active
  • Check journey status is Active
  • Verify guardrails aren't too restrictive
  • Confirm surfaces are correctly configured
  • Test with QA user first

Data looks incorrect

  • Check date range filter
  • Verify you're looking at the right journey/treatment
  • Wait for data lag (up to 24 hours)
  • Ask Agent and AI Insights for clarification

Can't create/edit something

  • Check your permissions with admin
  • Ensure required fields are filled
  • Look for validation error messages (red text)

Performance dropped suddenly

  • Check for recent changes to treatments
  • Look for external factors (seasonality, competition)
  • Verify technical delivery is working
  • Ask Agent and AI Insights: "Why did performance drop on [date]?"
