Upload Status

Each upload operation can have one of the following statuses:

In Progress

  • Upload is currently being processed
  • Treatments are being created
  • Do not close the browser or start another upload

Successful

  • All treatments were created successfully
  • No errors occurred
  • All rows processed

Failed

  • One or more treatments failed to be created
  • Note: Some treatments may have been created successfully before the failure
  • Review the results CSV to see which treatments succeeded and which failed
  • Failed treatments will include error messages explaining the failure reason

Download Results

Click the "Download Results" button to download a CSV file containing:

  • Complete upload summary
  • Treatment-by-treatment breakdown
  • Success and failure counts
  • Error messages for failed treatments

Retrying Failed Treatments

To retry failed treatments from a partial upload:

  1. Download the results file from the upload
  2. Identify failed rows in the results CSV (look for rows with failure status and error messages)
  3. Fix the errors in your original CSV file based on the error messages
  4. Re-upload the corrected CSV - Successfully created treatments will be skipped automatically, only failed treatments will be retried
tip

You don't need to remove successful rows from your CSV. The system automatically identifies which treatments were already created and only processes the failed ones.
