Configuration settings control how Auxia Console operates for your organization. This section covers Data Management, Experience Delivery, Company Settings, and UI Layout.
9.1 Configuration Overview
What Can Be Configured?

Accessing Configuration
- Click Configuration in the sidebar
- Select the configuration area you need
Who Can Configure?
Configuration typically requires admin-level permissions. If you need to change settings, contact your Console administrator.
9.2 Data Management
Data Management controls how user data flows into and is used within Auxia.
Data Fields
What are Data Fields?
Data fields are variables containing user information used for:
- Personalization (e.g.,
${first_name}) - Guardrails (e.g., days_since_signup > 7)
- Analytics segmentation
Types of Data Fields:

Data Pipelines
What are Data Pipelines?

Pipeline Status:
Monitor pipeline health:
- Active: Running normally
- Warning: Potential issues
- Error: Data flow interrupted
Data Import
For batch data updates:
- Go to Data Management > Import
- Upload data file
- Map columns to fields
- Validate and import
Note: Data pipeline and import configuration is typically handled by technical teams. Contact your admin for data-related changes.
9.3 Experience Delivery
Experience Delivery configures how treatments are delivered to users.
Surfaces
What are Surfaces?
Surfaces are locations in your app where treatments can appear:
- Home screen
- Product pages
- Checkout flow
- Settings
Viewing Surfaces:
- Go to Configuration > Experience Delivery
- Select Surfaces
- See all configured surfaces

Destinations
What are Destinations?
