2.7 Common Dashboard Questions

"Why do my numbers look different than yesterday?"

Dashboard data may have a lag of up to 24 hours for some metrics. Also check:

  • Date range selection
  • Any recent changes to treatments or journeys
  • Whether you're comparing the right periods

"What does the trend arrow mean?"

  • Up arrow: Metric increased compared to previous period
  • Down arrow: Metric decreased compared to previous period
  • Flat: Metric stayed approximately the same

"Why is a journey showing 0 impressions?"

Possible reasons:

  • Journey is paused or draft status
  • No active treatments in the journey
  • All treatments have restrictive guardrails
  • Technical delivery issue (contact support)

"How often does the dashboard refresh?"

Data is typically updated:

  • Real-time: Treatment counts and status
  • Near real-time (minutes): Clicks and interactions
  • Hourly/Daily: Conversions and aggregate metrics
