Single Sign-On (SSO) Setup

Auxia supports Single Sign-On (SSO) so your organization's users can log in with their existing corporate credentials. SSO is configured per organization by your Auxia representative.

Supported Identity Providers

Auxia supports SSO via any SAML 2.0-compliant identity provider. Step-by-step setup guides are available for the following providers:

ProviderGuide
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)Entra ID Setup
OktaOkta Setup
Auth0Auth0 Setup

If your organization uses a different identity provider that supports SAML 2.0, contact your Auxia representative for assistance.

How SSO Works in Auxia

The setup process follows these general steps:

  1. Auxia provides your connection credentials — Your Auxia representative gives you two values: an ACS URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) and an SP Entity ID. These are unique to your organization.

  2. You configure your identity provider — Using the credentials from step 1, you create a SAML application in your identity provider (Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, etc.) and assign the appropriate users.

  3. You provide your IdP metadata — After configuring your identity provider, you copy the IdP Metadata URL from your provider and share it with your Auxia representative.

  4. Auxia activates the connection — Your Auxia representative completes the setup on the Auxia side. Once active, users in your organization can log in to Auxia Console using their SSO credentials.

Before You Begin

Before starting the SSO setup, make sure you have:

  • Admin access to your identity provider (Entra ID, Okta, or Auth0)
  • The ACS URL and SP Entity ID from your Auxia representative
  • A list of users or groups to assign to the Auxia application in your IdP

If you don't have the ACS URL and SP Entity ID yet, contact your Auxia representative to request them before proceeding.

After Setup

Once SSO is active:

  • Users log in to Auxia Console at your organization's URL
  • Authentication is handled through your identity provider
  • User access is still managed via roles in Auxia Console (see Admin — Users & Roles)
  • To add or remove users, update group assignments in your identity provider
